Grass Fed Lamb
Brothers On Farms is Animal Welfare Approved certified. Our Pasture Raised Lambs are given no antibiotics, hormones or steroids and no medicated feeds. They are on pasture year round, drink fresh mountain water and breath the crisp mountain air. We will be applying for our 100% grass fed certification by 2016. Our processed lamb is USDA Inspected and sold by halves or cuts.
2014 was our first year of lamb harvest. We have doubled our productuion for 2015. We currently have grass fed lamb by the cut for sale. Pricing and cuts choices can be found here. Lamb Price Sheet.
Our mushrooms are mainly made up of Shiitake's but we also carry Lions Maine, Oyster, Wine caps and soon Chicken of the Woods and Reishi. All of our spore comes from a certified organic producer. All are picked fresh daily. Grown in pure mountain forest logs or mountain cut hay. We do not sell wild foraged mushrooms so you can trust that you are getting a safe controlled mushroom source. All eatable mushrooms contain essential amino acids, vitamins and minerals and are good for you.
