Every time we react to a situation in a less than loving way we are setting ourselves up for imbalance. If we are already imbalanced, and most of us are, we are setting ourselves up for disease. After all, disease stands for the Dis Ease we have about something.

Depression is Big Business.

The problem with pharmaceutical antidepressants is that they are synthetic. They are not natural to our system and it just doesn’t make any sense to address a chemical imbalance with more chemicals that may relieve some of the symptoms we are suffering from, but does not address the underlying CAUSE of those symptoms.

To care or not to care that is the question

Last week I learned I can still party like I’m 19. I also learn at 47 there are consequences in doing so. As my body revolts, I get back on track
