You are too kind. Thanks I am so glad I didn’t take Premarin, for so many reasons The BIO Identical are the way to go. I’ll get on with talking more about them .

Thanks for posting in my blog in a serious way, it was nice to see, I replied to your comment. You are way ahead of me in this Word Press world. I still can not work the “tags” thing right. Geez! I am enjoying the few posts I have done, but have not found any one topic I wish to focus on yet, so I ramble, and read the class lessons and learn what I can. Tell me more about your hormones… .

Whichever way you look at it, going through the menopause is a tough time for every woman. You will need constant support but no one will be able to help you until you decide to help yourself. You have to take care of your own body, pamper it, and look after it like it has looked after you all this while.
